We recently got back from UNICO 20º87º Hotel Riviera Maya after seeing Katie posts about it on Facebook. To say the trip was amazing would be an understatement. The resort was beautiful, the food was amazing and the staff was better then I could have imagined. From the moment we stepped in the door until we left we were treated like royalty. I will definitely book with Katie again, she and her team made the trip run flawlessly. Everything was so smooth from the moment we landed to the moment we returned!! Janessa went above and beyond to assure us that our wedding would be special. Also assured us that our destination wedding would happen! With Covid canceling our trip several times, she worked hard to get our needs met and took the stress off of us. Working with Casey was like having a ‘Travel Mom’ -- I didn’t need to worry about too much and she took care of all the research and the details. As a mom who deals with details all the time, it was wonderful to take a break when it came to trip planning.

We had never been to Hawaii before; it seemed overwhelming all of the choices to make when everything looked amazing. I trusted that the package Katie put together for us was going to be perfect -- and it was!! I would not change a thing! How accurate Katie was on the rooms, staff, things to do, restaurants, etc. EVERYTHING!! I asked a ton of questions and her answers were exactly correct and spot on.

We chartered a small yacht for the day to snorkel and jump off the cliff at Ricks Cafe. It was amazing. Free catamaran at sunset was gorgeous. Katie is accurate, professional, timely and knowledgeable. I will certainly use her and Mode again.

Twenty years of marriage is definitely worth celebrating. Spending six nights in Negril, Jamaica was just a fantastic way to do that. The weather was perfect, the resort top class and Katies idea of have a personal Butler was a completely over the top - but brilliant luxury. Not only did we have an awesome time with fantastic food, drink, activities and entertainment but we spent some great time together connecting as a couple. I will always use Mode travel for vacations as Katie made it so easy, was always very responsive to my questions and knew exactly what I was looking for. What would have taken me days of reearch and indecision - become very easy.

Our highlight was snorkeling with the turtles in Mexico. We loved that she got back to us immediately every time we had any questions. No waiting 2 days to hear from her. Very knowledgable and kept us in the know. Seemed very excited to check into things, almost to the point where she was actually coming along with us. It\'s nice to work with someone who loves her job and we defiantly could tell that from her. I felt very safe with trusting in her. We all loved her enthusiasm.

I prefer Mode travel because they did all the work, and it couldn\'t have been any easier or smoother with booking our honeymoon. I had never traveled before, and knew nothing about booking an international trip. Mode Travel gave me and my wife several resort options, and all the reason why we might want to travel to them. Once we settled on the Hard Rock, Katie showed us pictures from her trip, which really made the final decision easy. Mode Travel does all the heavy lifting, and you just enjoy your time.

Our highlight was getting married in Mexico with no stress! Katie took care of everything to ensure I had a stress free wedding and vacation. The process was so fast, easy and she was so nice!! She answered our emails even when she was out of the office!

The highlight of my trip was basically the whole thing. I went there with the intent on relaxing and that is just what I did. Hard Rock Vallarta Resort was beautiful and relaxing. This was my first time using Katie at Mode Travel and my experience was awesome! She was always extremely prompt with her replies to any and all questions I had and extremely nice and easy to deal with. I love that Katie had just been to the Hard Rock Vallarta, so she was able to tell me first hand what she thought of it. I will definitely use Katie from Mode Travel for my future trips! Our highlight was spending a great time together as a family at Disney! We loved the whole week! Traveling from Fargo to Orlando was easy, flights and check in went great. One of our favorites along with Disney was Clearwater Beach- beautiful!! Everything was great! We appreciate all the recommendations and the reassurance we needed doing something new, renting a car, and getting around Orlando on our own! I trust Katie! I fee like she knows what we want, she\'ll give great recommendations, and don\'t have to worry!

We just got back from Hard Rock, Riviera Maya. Chose this based on Katie\'s recommendation and was a perfect fit. I always struggle to find a reasonable resort that isn\'t going to have a surprise when I walk in the door. I waste hours reading reviews and evaluating the cost...it ends up a gamble anyway. The hotel rep was even shocked when I told him the deal Katie found for me, said he couldn\'t beat that price and he was trying to sell me their upgrade service. Thanks again and will definitely be using your service again!

We used Mode Travel when we booked our destination wedding in Mexico! Katie was amazing and helped us every step of the way! She set up flights, hotel, and transportation for us and 30 other guests! As we were planning our destination wedding, Katie was recommended to us by multiple family members and friends. We loved her right away! Katie was very attentive to our needs. She found us a resort that offered everything we could have ever wanted or needed. When we had questions or concerns, Katie would respond to us in a very timely fashion...literally, within minutes most of the time!

Before we left for our trip, Katie met up with us at a local restaurant and walked us through everything. We had never been to Mexico and were traveling with a two year old, so we were pretty nervous! She informed us of how to get through immigration and customs at the airport, what to watch out for when we arrived, and who we needed to contact after getting through the airport. As we were getting ready to leave our meeting, Katie presented us with a beautiful rustic picture frame with our names on it. She has such an amazing heart and is such a generous person.

The whole trip was amazing. We had some questions and messaged Katie, and she responded right away. We felt like she was right by our sides the whole time.

We are so thankful to have gotten a chance to work with Katie at Mode Travel for our special day/week. It wouldn\'t have been the same without her!
